How long have you been DISing?

I still think of myself as a relative newcomer here but I just realized this morning that on 2/6/04 I had been a registered DISer for 4 years. Where did the time go?? I signed up to plan a trip and I never left.

I know we have some DISers who have been here since Pete first started the site with one board.

How long have <i>you</i> been DISing?

Ummmm I think almost 3 years. DD (who is two wasn't born yet) when I found the site. I was doing a poll on favorite Disney sites and this one of course was the winner so I hopped on and have been addicted ever since.

08-19-2000, so 3 1/2 years. I've only really been into DIS'*** for about 2 1/2 years though. I had less than 50 posts my first year. Those dang double posts really have stacked up since I've really got into DIS'***.

I am still kind of a newbie here, I joined on Nov.2003. I am not sure I how I found the DISboards, but I am so glad that I did find it! I have talked to some really nice people on here and made some new friends, that I hope to met one day!

And you are right it is very addictive, I find myself on here a couple hours or more a day! But the way I like to look at is, I am learning alot of new things and making some new friends along the way!

That's a wicked long time!! I never really think about it. Its kind of a weird thing. I have been with a group of friends and mentioned talking with people on the "DIS" and they look at me like I'm freekin' nuts.
I've been posting here for 3 1/2 years. It started by planning my Nov '00 trip ,but I never stopped coming back even after my trip was just memory!

I found the DIS in January of 2000 while planning my May 2000 WDW trip. I was a sophomore in college back then, and I had only been dating my now DH for about 1.5 years. My how the time flies!
