How long from PBH to MK?

I'm really getting excited about our trip!! Only 38 more days to go. We're staying 3 nights at the PBH and 3 nights at the HRH. We're going to MNSSHP on 10/11, and HHN on 10/12. Just ordered our costumes for MNSSHP!!! Two of our DD's (16yo &14yo) are going to wear costumes. Our oldest DD (21yo) doesn't want to go to HHN or MNSSHP. DH and I are also wearing costumes. We weren't going to go to WDW at all this trip. We spent 8 days there last year. But I convinced DH that we should go to MNSSHP!! We have PS for LTT at 6:50pm. What time should we leave PBH? How long does it take to get to the MK? Should we take a taxi or would a towncar be better? TIA.
