How long do you all think it would take to get from EPCOT to OHana? Using Disney transportation vs. cab (can you even take a cab??) We want to hit the EMH morning and try and fit in a few rides ( and grab some Soarin FP's) before our breakfast at OHana, but not sure if this will even be a possibility.....TIA:lovestruc

I would say allow yourself at least 1/2 hour to 40 min. from the time you step foot on the monorail at Epcot. Remember, the monorail will take you to the TTC. From there, you can either walk right over to the Polynesian (10 min to Ohana) or you can transfer to the MK resort monorail, the Poly is the first stop. Have fun!

I would allow about 30 minutes. And I would definitely walk from the TTC back to the Poly. That should be quicker!

It would not necessarily be quicker to walk.

But walking is a possibility.

Consider that the Great Ceremonial House (where 'Ohana is) is a LONG walk from TTC monorail station, the monorail RIDE takes under 2 minutes once rolling... and the monorail drops you right on the second floor near 'Ohana.

Great map :)

If your in a hurry and you see no monorail coming, you might want to walk it. True it is a short monorail ride, but if the monorail is not there... well I think you smell what I'm cooking :rotfl:

Although the Poly property is right next door, 'Ohana is not right next door.
;)

That's why I said walking there was a possibility...
but it's certainly not my first choice on a hot day in Florida.
:goodvibes

True the weather will affect your decision to walk or ride. On a beautiful May day, it took us 10 minutes from the TTC to the Great Ceremonial house. But that is us. We are fast walkers. Just leave yourself 10 extra minutes so you aren't stressing. Nothing worse than feeling stressed on vacation.

Where is the path to walk?

The Poly property is toward your right as you exit down the Monorail ramp.

There are many, many sidewalks between the buildings in the Poly.
Follow the signs to the Great Ceremonial House.
