This applies only for resale and from the time the contract shows on your membership.

I realise that for direct they show within minutes!

Note the days are not business days, just calender days.

Applies to 'Covid' cases only

Just to be clear... are you only interested in current Covid “cases” 😉 ??

(Obviously, if you’re looking at all resales... that would skew the results with shorter timelines.)
 
Today is 10 calendar days for me. I figure another week based on what I was told.

Im on day 11 (day 7 business).........

Its strange when I go into My Vacation Points I can see the contract there, it just says 0 of 200......

That is because it’s two different departments. I was told some type info has to come from DVD to get points loaded and they are still not fully staffed.

Points will just appear...at least that has always been the case..so I check a few times a day

I got my activation code today and got impatient so called member services. They said the points should be loaded in two days time. I'm not holding my breath....
 
So 19 days and counting or loaded?

Bearing in mind my offer was accepted on 20th April........

Forgive my ignorance on this subject but does that mean member services couldn’t make a reservation for you until your points “load?”

Correct...and it’s not all CMs at MS that can do the points loading. It is a certain department which is still not staffed full.

But, even those CMs can’t do it if the info has not been sent to them from MA. That is why I couldn’t get any help today. My point information has not yet been sent.
 
20 days and counting for us. We started this process on April 15th. So crazy.
 
We sold and closed on a contract and it took almost 30 days to lose those points. Honestly I feel bad for the buyers to have to wait that long to have those points. In the mist of a 2nd contract that closed a week ago, we'll see how long that takes to lose.

Posted this in closing time also but I spoke to them on chat and said we wanted to book asap - they loaded the points and this has only been a day between getting our activation code.

Think we got lucky.
