Its strange when I go into My Vacation Points I can see the contract there, it just says 0 of 200......
Points will just appear...at least that has always been the case..so I check a few times a day

Forgive my ignorance on this subject but does that mean member services couldn’t make a reservation for you until your points “load?”I got my activation code today and got impatient so called member services. They said the points should be loaded in two days time. I'm not holding my breath....
