How long for points to appear in new resale contract?

Disney starts working on the new membership when it is recorded? Or do they begin with the closing date?

I don’t believe so because it has to be done by Member Administration and if I recall correctly, they don’t work on weekends,

Mine showed up today so they do work weekends.

Just so you all know, our points showed up last night—-a Sunday. We made an offer on 9/27–points on 11/17!! The wait seemed long but it was bery exciting!!! Savor the moments

Code and Club ID is all complete. Waiting for the points, is it possible to chat with memberservice to get the points earlier?

I would call and speak to membership administration to find out how long it might take. They do things in the order that they come in. But, maybe when you call and mention the time crunch, you will get some luck in getting them in faster if you are farther down the list,

It takes me two chats the first CM was friendly but denied it. The second CM was very helpful and loaded the points direct.
I told them that i want to book a vacation and that my favourite resorts are ready
