How long for my Yankee Order to appear in my acct?

I have not received a confirmation email of my order and only orders from September are appearing in my account on Yankee website. I placed my order around 9pm last night.

I am just worried my order did not go through....AGAIN.

Mine have never showed up until long AFTER my person got their's. I was always worried about it. I have quit checking it now.

I have only recieved confirmation emails 25% of the times that I had placed an order.
You could always call their customer service and check on the status of your order.

You have to click the option to get e-mail confirmation. Did you do that?
Sometimes I forget because most places just do it.
Did it show as a completed order when you were done? You have to verify it at the end.

I would call to check on it if you aren't sure.

You will get an e-mail when they actually send it. I only received confirmation when I check the box the Meriweather was talking about.

I placed an order the 5th and no mention of shipping yet

I'm having the same problem. I did get my email confirmation but I can't look up my order. I can see the order from Sept. but not this one. I'm gonna give it another day and see what happens.

Just checked again and my order is there. Says I will be able to track it with UPS in 24 hours.

My order has been "in process" for two days now. I just sent them an email asking them what the hold up was getting me a UPS tracking number. I had to do this the last time I ordered online from them. You really need to keep on top of them, otherwise your order will just sit there until someone gets around to filling it.

It took 3 days to show up in my YC account after I ordered it, and I even had the confirmation e-mail. They are very slow.

Okay, I can see it when I login to the Yankee Candle site that my order was processed. So I feel better! Thanks everyone!
