how long for Mermaid?

Any thoughts how long to allow to meet Ariel and do Journey of the Little Mermaid? At park opening, 9am (we will be there for EMM and looking to do that before heading out of Fantasyland) Thanks!

At park opening? The walk there from the gates will probably take longer. I’d say 15 minutes. Let’s say 20 minutes.
