How long For Lunch at Whispering Canyon Cafe?

I was wondering what the typical amount of time dining at Whispering Canyon Cafe would take. We will be doing a late lunch at 2:15. Also, I was wondering if they do the horse races, etc at lunch time. We will be dining there the Week of Thanksgiving?

Give yourself between 60-90 minutes, could go faster if you eat quick, but if you get truly involved, 60 mins is a good solid bet. Yes, they do the horses, ketchup, straw routines at lunch.
