How long does ROFR usually take

Passed today two weeks to the day of submission! Woohoo!

Day 26 and ROFR'd. Time to start looking again.

Well it only took 14 days to pass ROFR!!!

Now I have to figure out how to use 83 banked points before 1/31/12 that the seller had!!!!

We were notified by Fidelity on Monday 7/25 that our contract was being sent that day to Disney for ROFR. I received notification earlier this afternoon (Tuesday 8/9) that Disney had waived ROFR and will be sent within a few days to the title company to complete the title work.....so I'm thinking we should be closed by the end of August at the latest. Rachel from Fidelity presented our offer to the seller on Monday 7/11.
