How long does it usually take to be seated at Liberty Tree Tavern?

We visit every few years and usually have lunch when they first open and don’t want to jinx anything as we will be back again this year but we have never had a long wait.

for ANY restaurant if you show up right when they first open there will be little to no wait to be seated. The entire restaurant is empty and they are not waiting for tables to turn over. They don't totally fill up every section right at opening so the server can handle the few people seated at once, and they space the rest of the arrivals out. It's not until they are waiting for tables to turn over that things start getting backed up.

We always do first seating when we can, I have a child on the spectrum and waiting a long time for a table when he's hungry is a bad combo. We do a lot of early lunches for our main meal or first seating (5-5:30) at signatures for dinners. At 'Ohana we have it as a "sunday dinner" at 3:30 right when they open. Servers are fresh, food is fresh, no wait for anything really. it's a great time to go. I don't care so much what time I eat as long as I space things appropriately.

We had a long wait for a later lunch a few years ago...35 minutes past ADR time.

Visited just last week for dinner though, and although they told me when I checked in that they were running 25-30 minutes past reservation time, we were seated within 5 minutes.

I think overall they have gotten better.
I would say it was always closer to 20-30 minutes.
Last few years I always arrive 10 minutes early.
And usually sat within 10-15 minutes of ADR time.

Hmm. Going next week and hoping for a relatively tight turnaround. I'll be checking in 10 minutes early (my practice) for an ADR at 2.

By 2, I would expect the rush would be over and you shouldn't have much of a wait. The off times are great times to eat.

We had quite a long long wait, to be seated. They asked us to return in 30 minutes, and it still was probably another 10-15 thereafter. It was NOT a holiday or high crowd level time.
Not fabulous service either.
But we were happy with our meal.

We went 2 years ago this November as a party of 2. We were 15 minutes ahead of our ADR, but waited nearly 45 minutes to be seated. The whole time we waited, we watched an empty table for 2. Sure enough, that's where we we finally seated. Our waiter was wonderful and kept us happy with refills. Otherwise the wait would not have been worth it.

We had lunch and waited 45-50 minutes past our ADR time.

Our reservation was for 1:05 and we arrived around 12:30. The meal was great minus the service...but it was a very long wait with little ones.

So you checked in 35 minutes before your ADR? Part of that long wait was on you then. The 45 minutes past was certainly unacceptable. Did you have a very large party?

We are a pearly of 2, eat lunch at LTT every trip — 2 or 3 times a year. I make the ADR for 12 - 12:30. Usually check in 5 - 10 minutes before ADR. Can’t remember the last time we waited more than about 10 minutes to be seated.

We were a party of six, so similar to many other parties there from what we saw anyway. It was our first time there so we didn’t have any wait times to compare. No matter what time we arrived, 45-50 after ADR time is a bit long.:crazy2:

First time we waited over 30 minutes. Second time at 50 minutes we made the hostess cancel the reservation and we left. (I admit I was campaigning to leave as I thought the food and service were both very poor on the first visit!)
