how long does it take

I wasnt able to find my answer even though i know its probably here somewhere. We just returned home 9 days ago from our stay ay bcv. We decided that it was time to purchase and went for our tour. We spoke with a great guide and told her we would discuss it and get back to her the next day. This was the day of our departure. We got to the office and our rep was out on a tour, They had us wait a couple of minutes and she returned to us. The only info she took from us was my cc # for a deposit and our ss #s for the financing. She had told us that we would receive a call in a couple of weeks to finalize everything. Well as you all know, or guessed i havent received the call ! What is everyones experience with buying thru the mail. Thanks

When I called my guide in December to buy points, I received my paperwork within 5 days via FedEx. It was all finalized three weeks later.

Our initial purchase was a while ago but we did what you did. I would say we had a big fedex book with a week to 10 days. I would call her/him and follow-up. You may even reach them today.

It's probably being processed, but it probably would not hurt to give a quick call to ask. I think these guides, being sales people, are paid on commission, so they will definately make sure your stuff is coming. No sale = No payday. So, I am fairly sure they have not forgotten you. Congrats on your purchase.
