How long does it take?

I booked my hotel accomodation online late yesterday afternoon direct from the disney website, I had an instant confirmation from Worldpay that the money had been taken, but so far I've not had a email from Disney to confirm that they have my reservation.

Has anybody got any idea how long this normally takes and is there normally a delay. Waited so long to book this I'm now in a bit panic that confirmation didn't come straight through.

I received my online confirmation immediately however, the paper confirmation took about 2 weeks and then when I amended my booking a month later they told me to just print off a copy from the website.

Did you write down the booking number when you had finished, as you can just go back online and enter the number with your surname and the whole booking is there, I have just printed this off.

Check your junk mail folder just in case it went into there.

Thanks for the advice. I've just called them because I didn't note the reservation number . They gave me the number and I've logged back onto the website and checked that our reservation is there . Panic over for now!

Hi,

I also booked my accomodation late yesterday and the same thing happened to me. I expected an e-mail but none arrived. Called Disney to confirm the booking and they said that the page at the end of the booking was it and a paper invoice will arrive in the post.

Booked magical express with the CM on the phone but can also do it from the link on the confirmation page.

Its good to know its not just happened to me, I'm some time have a bad effect on computers and I thought that this might be another case of that
