How long does it take to pick up a car from Alamo at the Car Care Center?

We have a pick up time of 5pm on a Monday in April. We also have a dinner reservation at 5:10 at Saratoga; I know that's really bad timing and hopefully we can change the dinner reservation. I'm thinking if we arrive, by shuttle no less, at the CCC early we can do the paper work and check over the car before 5. Then at 5 actually sigh out the car and hit the road.

For those of you that have gotten the car at the CCC, how much time should I plan on?

We're signed up for the Insider's whatever if that makes a difference.

We have rented there numerous times and never had to wait in line more than a few minutes. I have found the shuttles hit the resorts where people need to be picked up each hour, so depending on that time you may or may not be close to your scheduled time. Reception desk at resort can call and schedule the shuttle. We usually arrive 1/2 hr early n check out right away. Do all you can online before u get there and go straight to the counter. They have a kiosk checkin but u still need to go to the desk to get keys etc and the kiosk will not really save you any time at this rental location
Another thing I have been told by resort CM's is that the shuttles only pick up at the resorts, but numerous shuttle drivers have said they will pick up and drop off anywhere on property.
