How long does it take for CR shopping to credit?

I can't use the search function on DIS, so I just decided to post.

I shopped with CR, but haven't received any credit.

About how long does it take for CR to credit points for shopping?

Has anyone had trouble with getting CR to credit points for shopping?

After shopping through CreationRewards and forwarding them my confirmation e-mail from my order, it has usually only taken a day or so for me to receive my credit in the past.

I've found that they usually credit within a couple hours after I forward them my order confirmation. After CR changed their site, they now have a separate section for shopping credits. If you click on accounts, on the left hand side of the screen there should be a link for Shopping Transaction History. If you don't see it there, you might have to forward your confirmation to them again.

Also a couple of hours for me after I forward them the email confirmation. If its been awhile I would send the email to them again and make sure you enclose your user id number which they give you in the shopping homepage.

I have always gotten all my shopping credits through them they are the fastest crediting shopping site at least for me.

They have always been very prompt for me. I like that my Disney Dollars always arrive in less than a week, and my points are usually credited in a few hours. Customer service has been great!

That said, I did have a problem. I signed up for two offers, within three days time, through Scholastic. 5500 points total ( $20+). I waited 14 days for it to credit, which it never did. I wrote customer service and they said Scholastic never gave them the credit so they couldn't credit me . I was so upset . I wrote them several times to tell them how sad, disappointed, let down, etc. I was. (I was always very nice, but let them know I was upset.) They were very nice and understanding. They DID give me a courtesy credit of 250 points and when I received my Disney Dollars from a previous order they TUCKED IN AN EXTRA $5! Not the 5500 and $20+ I was expecting, but a nice surprice.

I guess the moral is...Stay away from Scholastic if you really want those points!!

CR has always credited me with shopping points within 24 hours of forwarding the confirmation e-mail. Most often, it's less than 12 hours before getting my points. I love CR!

I've always received such great customer service from them. Did you try to get them to help resolve the issue? So many rewards programs seem to come and go that CR is one of the few I stick with.

Just updating. I sent anothr confirmation email to them. They credited my account about 24 hours after sending them this latest reminder email.

I usually shop with My Points, but that 30 day hold or more on points was bugging me.

I'd probably shop with CR again.
