Well, maybe not the actual charlie horse, but the after effects?
I don't normally get them except a couple times during the summer in the pool when one of my toes will cramp up pretty bad. But after it goes back to normal, it's fine.
So a couple days ago, I woke up in the middle of the night with a pretty bad one in the back of my right calf. It took a few minutes for the "worse" part of it to go away but it still hurts. Never had that happen before. Actually, this is really the only one I ever remember having in my calf (like I mentioned before, I usually get one in my toe in the pool)
Is this normal? What can you do to get rid of the soreness?

One swig of that and the cramps stop immediately. (at least thats the case with most of the people I know)
