How long do you wait for Concriege Planners to respond

How long do wait for the concierge planning office to respond? I e-mailed yesterday to the Poly planning office for three ADR's and thought I would have heard something by now on yes they got the reservation or no they did not and it was only for three reservations. Maybe I am being to nervous about this.

You might want to check your spam folder, as a first option. Some folks have been surprised to find a response went there.

One day turnaround with the concierge planners, while not unheard of, is pretty fast. If you don't hear from them by Monday, call or e-mail again at that time.

Yea I heard from them. It just took awhile but I got all the ADR"s I wanted.

My original ADR request took about a day. They actually called me because they needed credit card information to secure one of my ADRs. All other requests have taken less than an hour.

The Poly concierge has always been quite fast at replying to any questions or ADR's we have wanted. And we have had it land in the spam folder occassionally....so always check there when waiting.
