How long do pin codes last?

Hi - Trying to get an answer for pin codes. We are going to Disney next January. I want to call to see if I have one attached to my name but do not want to sound stupid. Since we are going in 2013 is there any chance they have pins or codes that far out? Thanks.

I am almost positive that you would have to use it by 12/31. But if it was a free dining PIN(which I highly doubt around New Years) as long as you checked in by the ending date(12/31) you would get free dining for your entire stay thru January!

your chances of having a PIN valid for 2013 is 0%. They have not even released package pricing for next year. I would start checking in August at the earliest.
