How long do Parks stay decorated after Christmas?

I'm planning a visit to Disney World after the holidays, Jan. 7, and was wondering how long do the parks typically stay decorated after New Year's? Thank you!!

I have seen online that the Osborne Lights will be lit through Jan 4th as well as through the 6th. I would say you would be able to other decorations through that date and then with the marathon, some things may be up through the 10th.

Not sure,tend to agree with Dan.If anyone else has a different date feel free to post.I remember years ago it seemed they stayed up first week of New Year.

I was there Jan 3, decorations were still up. I think I remember reading they were going to be taken down after the 5th though (this year, don't know about next year)

We were there Jan. 10-17 this year. The Christmas trees were still up when we were there and there was still Christmas music playing at the MK when we arrived. The decorations came down during the course of our trip. I was surprised that there were still so many decorations in the parks that late.

I have seen decorations, particularly in EPCOT & Magic Kingdom, up as late as mid-January.

Good to know! So there's some hope that I'll see some Christmas decorations while there.
