How long did you wait this morning?

Called at exactly 7 am from land line and waited for 1 hour 20 minutes. Called the 800 number from cell and waited 54 minutes before I hung up and called back and waited 40 minutes - still nothing! Finally called from work and waited approximately 35 minutes and was told to call back tomorrow - DISgraceful!

After near 2 hours and several calls to different lines, I finally got through and got AKL for 139 + tax for standard view.

Not that I don't love Pop Century, but since we were given free airfare this time, we figured it would be a good chance to try something we normally would not splurge on...

I'm so glad for you! I've been watching your posts on several threads about this and was sooo hoping you'd get through. Have a wonderful vacation!

About 40-50 min, approximately (9:50 till at least 10:30 on the 407 number. I was also watching ds by the door for the school bus, so I am not exactly sure,but that is close to it and worth every penny in savings!!Little ds went to school with a huge smile on his face hearing we were going from the swan to the poly. Pure disney magic at our house today.

I was on hold for over an hour, then the cm said the system was down and she would have to call me back. She did, and I got just what I wanted!

For only about 18 minutes. The CM was as surprised as I was.
I called about 7:30 and she answered about 7:47. Which was good, as I clock on at work at 7:55. She said she'd just finished with one woman who had waited an hour!
I got AKL for $139.00 a night. Didn't get WL, but I figure AKL is as good.

I am also just curious if anyone noticed a huge discrepancy in the wait times if you call the 407 and chose the 1. New reservation option or 2. Modify the existing reservation. I had new reservation.

1st call @ 10:00 am on hold for 35 minutes then I heard a click and no music ...nothing

2nd call 10:40 on hold for 45 minutes till someone answered.

Just called at 8:40am(mountain time) and request for "Disney Espanol" #2 and wait for 25minutes....Mindy help me with my discounts and we save like 335.00 in both reservations at ASmu.....Instead of 111.00 we will paid 69.00 per night....The credit will be ready to pick up at check-in...Thanks for this wonderful board.

I called at 7:00am Eastern on the dot. I waited about 35 minutes to get a CM.
Then it took about 25 more minutes to book my POR room after finding out that there were no more AP rates for CSR for my dates. He also had to cancel my exisiting online room only ressie. So right under an hour for me.

My husband didn't have a wait. He called before 8:00 this morning.

I was on hold 10 minutes. Called at 9:00 AM and got through, new reservations. Got Pop for my co-worker for May 3.

I got in queue at 6:58am this morning and was pleasantly surprised to get a CM, within 5 or 7 minutes. I was hunkerin' down for a wait but didn't have to. The wait for the system to check to see if the rate was available for my res seemed MUCH longer than that. She was very cheerful and pleasant to work with.

I waited five minutes: unfortunately none of the dates nor resorts were when I wanted to go.
However, I did book CSR April 20 to 25 @$121/night and POP April 25 to 29 @$79/night. Hopefully I can change POP over to CSR in a few days.
so now it is only 43 days 'til Disney.

Get this: total time about 3 hours!

I called at about 7:10 - 7:15 am and was on hold at least 1 hour, 30 minutes (maybe more). Had to go to work. Called 800 number as soon as I got to work and was on hold unitl almost 10:00 am. Had meetings so had to go. I was soo depressed as I just knew that the AP rates would not be in the cards for me this time. I couldn't even concentrate on my meetings. Called again from office at 12:30 PM, waited 20 minutes. I could not believe it! I was able to change Contemporary Tower (May 21 - 28) ressie from AAA to AP!

That Disney magic was working for me this year. I never could obtain any type of discount (AP, Disney Visa, or general code) for my May trip last year - ended up not going until October.

called a minute or two before opening, message said due to overwhelming ... listened to a few seconds of music and got the CM. No problem getting POP June 8-15 at AP rate!!!

I called at 7:15 this morning and finally a cast member picked up at 9:15. I was just about to hang up and try later in the afternoon. But after all that waiting I was able to get a $100.00 off of the Fort Wilderness Cabins from May 9 thru May 15. It made my parents very happy.

Lucked out and got right through. Called at 6:59AM and applied Ap rate to existing ressie. Off the phone at 7:03AM. Last night was a different story. I was on hold forever!!
