How long can I stay awake?


You realize that these are hours of healing sleep time your body will never get back, yes? To fight things like immune diseases, cancer, you know, the fun stuff. Why would you want to deprive your body of a necessity when you don't have to? :surfweb: Not trying to be snarky, just curious of your logic at this point.
 
Ok guys. I get your point. You want me to sleep because it's not healthy. To be honest I don't really care. I'm just doing this for fun.
 
Now, me? I only slept 5 hrs last night and had to take a 3 hr nap after dinner.. but now I'm set until 5 again..

I read this study once where if a person gets the correct amount of sleep at night (8 hours) and then one day they only get 6, their driving reflexes are WORSE than a legally drunk driver. I believe it said if you habitually got less than the normal level of sleep, your reflexes were only slightly better than a drunk driver. It really made me think about how much sleep I'm getting.
 
Ok guys. Now that I get that you're thinking this is stupid, you can stop reminding me. I'm not going to sleep no matter how unhealthy it is. Got it?
