How long can a car be parked on the street

without being driven? We have a car in front of our house that belongs to a teenager next door but she doesn't drive it ever.
 
It depends on the laws where you live. Some places consider it abandoned if it's not moved in as little as 72 hours.
 
I think that depends on your location. Property questions like this are usually covered by local ordinances.

Maybe you could call your city code-enforcement or police department to find out.
 

In my current area, not allowed to park on street overnight at all (2am-6am No Parking)

In my old town, in the winter I used to keep my boat and trailer on the street...I called the Police dept and asked what the ordinance was and they asked if the trailer had a valid registration tag on it and reflectors. They gave me the measurement limits and I was good to go (by a hair but still legal). They should give you the info if you call up the local PD.
 
As long as it's insured and registered, it can be parked there. Why not ask her to please move it and park it in front of her house?
