How Long Before Info Arrives?!

Hi, everyone. First post, bear with me. Any ideas on how long it takes to get the intro video and information pack when it is requested from DVC'S website. I've been waiting for a couple of weeks now, and am getting itchy!! No doubt it takes longer to the UK, but every other day makes the itch harder to scratch!

Really wanting to buy in ASAP, just wanting to check a few points.

Love this board, this has persuaded me and the family to jump on board sooner rather than later!

We ordered our video and info pack from the DVC website on the Saturday and it arrived the following Thursday - just under a week.

Perhaps you have been lost in the system somewhere

We ordered one about 2 months ago and never got it. I resubmitted the info and we received it within a week. Try it again.

Do you have a toll free number from the UK to access DVC? If so, call and talk with a guide. They are very patient and will answer any and all or your questions. When we bought we had our guide, Byron, on the phone daily with questions. He was always prompt in calling us back, even when he was on holiday.
