How long before I receive packet?

Hi all. I am planning our 15th anniversary vow renewal for September 05. I filled out the online form about a month ago on Disney's site and again two weeks ago with no response. How long does it normally take? I would call but there was no number on the site that I could find. We were planning an intimate with 8 guests but now everybody and their brother wants to go. Also I would appreciate any insight/info from anyone who has done a VR at Disney.

It can sometimes take up to over 4-6 weeks before you could receive the FTW video from Disney. The phone number is (321) 939-4610. You can ask them to send you the video and information, but they will not allow you to make reservations or begin planning until 1 year out from your event.

You can pay $100 extra for up to 5 more guests to attend your event for an intimate event, or consider going custom.

I would recommend reading thru the prior postings on this site to gather more information.
