How long b4 you hear from DVC financing?

I sent my paperwork in, and they received it on August 1st. My credit report shows that they ran a credit report that same day. I still have not heard anything from them.
Does it usually take this long?
Do you know if they contact you by phone or by mail?
It has been two weeks now.

I think we heard back via phone call within a week maybe a bit longer to tell us everything was fine then we recieved a letter about 10 days later.

Was it your guide who contacted you, or was it the underwriting department?

I hope I will hear something soon

It was the accounting Dept I think or the credit Dept not sure which but it was certainly not our guide although she did call us after we had been told to congratulate us.

WOW....

I only submitted my paystubs and not my wifes. I FedEx the package back on Thursday the Aug. 11th

I called today to see if they needed my DW paystub, and they said everything was approved and a letter of congrats went out on Friday Aug. 12ths.

Not bad considering they just FedEx the signing documents to us on the 9th.

I am impressed!
