How long at DHS?

We really don't need to spend the entire day, since my son will only be 2, and we're not interested in a lot of the shows and interactive attractions there. Just wondering how long you would think it would take for the husband and I to hit a few rides, using child swap? This would probably be on a Saturday (Halloween), since we're going to MNSSHP that evening. Just wondering if we could get in there early and still have time to go back to the resort

I'm thinking Rock n Roll Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror, and maybe Toy Story Midway Mania. I wouldn't mind seeing One Man's Dream or doing the Animation Academy, but there not mandatory.

You'll definitely have enough time to accomplish those and rest at the resort before the party. If you schedule FP+ for TSMM and ToT and do the single rider line at RnR you'll be in and out in less than 2 hours.

Will you be using your FPs at DHS or will you be going to MK before the party and using your FPs at MK?

If no FP use at DHS, then I would be there at RD so all can do TSM without too long of a wait. Then all go to ToT to get a Child Swap pass and one parent rides while the other parent and kid goes over to scope out RnR. (See if the SR line is running yet and what the wait time is for standby.) When the parent riding ToT gets done and meets all go to RnR and get a Child Swap pass and one parent rides. Once that parent is done, then use the Child Swap passes at the different rides so both have ridden once. Then you can check your time for doing the other attractions. It should not take that long to do all three attractions even without FPs.

Now ^ is why I like this place! That's a great strategy! I can use FP at DHS if it helps. I was thinking of not going to MK until party time, so we won't have to use our park tickets. We should be able to go to MK another day, so I can hit more rides with FP then.
