How long are the Gingerbread Houses up?

I hate to say this but last year we had dinner at the Grand Floridian on the 9th of Jan and only the Tree was up.... I bet you watched the Holiday special on the FOOD network... I too nights ago and it made me want to see the Gingerbreadhouse too

correct...according to that holiday show on the food network, it comes down 1/2...sorry

Another question is when does the gingerbread house at the Grand Flo go up? The show said that some people actually plan their vacation so they can watch its construction. My husband mentioned that he would like to see it going up.
