How long are the Disney.com advance ticket prices good?

It looks like the disney.com ticket prices for advance purchase beat ticketmania, paramount and AAA...but does anyone know how far in advance you have to buy to get the advanced price?

Also -- does anyone know about the shipping charges from disney.com?

$192 for a 4-day Adult PH sounded pretty good!

Yeah it does but there's one problem with it. The prices quoted on disney.com do not include the tax. Your $192 4 day PH will cost you $204.48 when the tax is included. The prices you get from Paramount and TicketMania have the tax already included.

fyi...I just read on another board that gate prices are going up 6/1/03 but advance purchase prices at the stores and Internet are staying the same.
