How long are pies good for?

If I go buy a pumpkin and a chocolate cream pie this evening, will they still be good on Thursday?

I missed the pre-order day and now they are all "first come, first served" so I am afraid to wait until Wednesday.

I'd probably wait until tomorrow to get them, but as long as you refrigerate them both you should be fine with the pumpkin. I'm not sure I'd chance it with the chocolate cream. Perhaps you can check the freezer section. There are often a lot of great pies available there.
