How long are melting candy good for if they are sealed?

Hi I have a bag of white melting candy for candy molds from last year and wanted to know if it is still good? It is still sealed. thanks

I think it would still be good. If it tastes ok and melts ok, it should be fine.

I had some from last year or the year before (can't remember??), and they melted and tasted fine...they were opened bags in a sealed, ziploc bag. No one got sick...lol
