How long airport to hotel

I made the only reservations possible for dinner at CRT the day our daughters arrive to meet us at the Poly. Their plane gets into Orlando Airport at 2:30pm and they are using the Quicksilver Transportation towncar to take them directly to the Poly. We will already be checked in so it will be just a matter of bringing their gear to the room and then taking the monorail to MK. Assuming the plane arrives on time...do you think that our 4:40 reservation is possible?

Yes, but it will be tight/rushed a little bit. Once they are in the towncar, it takes about 30 - 45 minutes to get to the resort, depending on traffic.

It will probably take about 1/2 hour to unload plane and get to baggage claim (unless they are near the front of the plane and get off quickly). The driver will meet them at baggage claim - if they only have carry on, they can walk right to the car - which due to security is now parked away from the entrance doors. If they have checked bags, they will have to hope theirs gets unloaded relatively quickly.

Anyway, if the plane is on time, they should get to the resort between 4 and 4:30. I don't think it will be a problem if you arrive a few minutes late for your PS.
