Yes it's running two to three weeks at this point. Have you received your letter with the membership number? If you closed several weeks ago, you should be getting it any day and you can call them with that number to get your activation info

Give MS a call and give them your SSN, maybe they will help.

I finally got the letter today! So now I need to call for an activation code?
