Make sure you register as a grand gathering. (Wish I had know about it earlier)
We had a group of 15 at OKW and just asked for rooms in the same area when we checked in. The manager tried her best but wasn't able to get anything together until the second night which did help. She said that if we had registered as a grand gathering, which only needs 8 people, we would have had a much better chance at being together since the rooms would have been assigned as a group.
