How late to restaurants stay open after closing?

My 26-year old daughter and I are going to IOA for one day at the end of January on the way to visiting my mother with the sole intention of seeing the WWOHP. Since we are only there for the one day, I don't want to take time to eat dinner while the park is still open. If we were going to grab dinner toward park closing at 7, how late do the restaurants stay open?

The park restaurants close 30 minutes prior to park closing. CityWalk would be a good alternative.
