The title says it all. January is showing a 6:00 close for AK. I've never been there when AK closed that early. That sure does cut our day short, in addition we wanted to eat at Yak & Yeti plus go into Pandora and see it at night. Thanks!

During January Y & Y does not serve dinner. and the last seating is usually 4:40 PM.

Not sure about January, but we are going next week. The park is scheduled to close at 6:00 and I was able to make a 5:45 reservation at Yak & Yeti.

You may have to decide what is more important. If you make a last available dinner reservation at Y&Y, by the time you finish, CM's will be in the process of clearing the park. They will have CM's stationed at each "land" entrance and won't let you enter, if you are in the "land" before park close, you are fine, but once they get close to clearing the attractions, you won't be able to enter (and if you are wandering around in the area, they will nicely ask you to proceed to the exit). After dinner you will be directed to the park exit and won't be able to explore other areas.

I do believe we will likely skip Yak & Yeti. In my opinion Pandora at night is not to be missed.

I've been at the last seating at Yak a few times. I honestly thought someone
was going to hand me a broom and tell me to start cleaning up. They really
want to finish up and go home. It can be a bit awkward.
