How late is Guest Services outside the parks open?

We need to make ticket adjustments at Guest Services, and we would like to do it the evening before our first park day. Will Guest Services outside the park be open until park closing time?

Inside the park, GS is opened very late but can not remember if it is the same late closing time for outside the park

I would guess the outside GS would also have the extended hours as City Walk gets a lot of traffic from guests

I’ll look and search as I thought they kept late hours as city walk closes at 2 am but thought the site was closed at midnight
Will pm you if and when I can get the official hours

When we went in December we got to the hotel after the hotel ticket desk closed so went to the Citywalk guest services to pick up my wife’s annual pass. We were told at the hotel the window closes when Citywalk closes. It was a 10 pm closing night (weekday) on that trip. There was a line and only one window was open. One lady was tying up that window with an issue about something being stolen out of her bag left at lost and found. After about 20 minutes a second window was opened to try to get the line moving. We were about 5 parties back and it took an hour and ten minutes to get to the window which was right at 10. I did not look back to see what happened with the rest of the line. This may have been an isolated incident.
