How late is downtown disney open until?

I am leaving for wdw in 5 days, I'm just trying to finalize my itinerary. does anyone know how late downtown disney ( the marketplace, especially) is open until? Since some nights the parks close by 8, I'd like to maybe end at the park earlier than 8- say around 7- and head over to downtown disney at night- is this smart?? what time does it close??and when is the last bus to take you back to your hotel?? we are staying at the caribbean beach resort, any response would be appreciated thanks!!
