how late for DCA fast pass

We're driving up from San diego on Sun 20 April, to meet my sister, who lives in LA. We have seats forthe Ep together. My plan was to pick up some fast passes when we arrive (Say around 1pm) for TOT or soarin, to use later in the evening (we're staying at the GCH)

Does this sound like a plan? or will we be a bit late? Thanks

FPs at DCA rarely run out. You should be fine arriving at 1PM and being able to pick up FPs for Tot or Soarin. Also if you want, you can pick up a Grizzly River Run FP for later as well along with Tot or Soarin because GRR's FP system is not connected w/ the rest of the park's.
