How late for Chef Mickey's Breakfast???

We are considering going to Chef Mickey's on my daughters birthday. This is a day we are switching hotels an thought a late breakfast might work well. On allears it states that breakfast is until 11:30. Does this mean that they seat people until 11:30 or they serve until 11:30. (as you can tell I don't get out much!! too hard with the kids! LOL!!) At what point would the Characters be leaving? And would the food be any good late in the morning??

It means that the last PS they accept is at 11:30. They will continue to put fresh food on the buffet untill everyone has had a chance to eat. We actually love this option. We make a PS for 11:15 to 11:30 on an EMH morning. We do MK from EMH till 11:00 and get LOTS done in those 3 hours. At 11:00 we hop a monorail to the CR for brunch with Mickey. The crowds are gone so you get a lot more character time. It doesn't feel so rushed either. On our last trip as we were getting ready to leave our server told us that they had just stoped refilling the buffet but that if there was anything we wanted that they were out of, just to let her know and they'd make up a single serving of it for us.
