How late for breakfast?

I'm giving DH the ride-along at WDW Speedway for his 35th Birthday. We will be going the last week of July, and I am planning for him to do this for our arrival day when we are not going to a theme park. Before WDW, we are going to Tampa for a few days, so we are only about an hour and a half drive away. We arrive at WDW on Monday, July 23, 2012.

I called the phone number for info on the ride-along. The person on the phone told me that they do them all day, starting at 9am and ending at 4pm. I was planning for us to go to the Grand Floridian Cafe for lunch after the ride-along, but now I am thinking that this might be a good time to fit in the character breakfast at 1900 Park Fare for the boys. They love Alice in Wonderland and they love the Mad Hatter. We had gone there last year, and they requested that we go again on our next trip (they told me this yesterday! :rotfl2:). How late do they serve breakfast at 1900 Park Fare? Maybe we should plan to arrive early at the Speedway, and make a late morning ADR for breakfast...although this may be cutting it close. Anyone know the latest ADR time? And if you have experienced this breakfast at a late hour, what was it like? Was the buffet still full, and how was character interaction?

The other thing I am thinking...is to go to the breakfast first, at around 9:30 or 10am, and then go to the ride-along...but I didn't know how DH would feel doing that after such a large meal, so I figured it is better for him to do the ride-along first and eat afterwards. Opinions?

The last breakfast ADR at 1900 Park Fare is around 11:30.

So I don't know how long the Driving Experience is supposed to take, but if it's an hour and you book for one at 9am, then you would have plenty of time to still make breakfast.

I think the last official ADR time at 1900 PF is 11:20, at least that is the latest we have been able to get. We usually book this time ADR on a MK day, tour the park for a bit, grab a few FPs and then head to "brunch". The food, in our experience, has always been brought out fresh even when there is no one still eating and everyone is just sort of waiting to leave. Character interaction has also always been great at the end of the service. It seems like the characters are similar to waiters in that they always seem more relaxed at the end of service.

11:15 was the last time I saw this morning... No lunch there..

Thanks everyone! It seems like we can do this as long as we get to the ride-along at 9am. It's not a reservation, but the woman on the phone told me that there is usually no wait for it. I believe it is 3 laps around...I don't think it would take more than one hour from beginning to end.

I will make the latest possible ADR for the breakfast, and the kids will be happy to go back there...and so will we! :thumbsup2 Glad to see the post that the food is still just as good at the end of the breakfast as at the beginning...we have never been to a late breakfast at WDW. The latest for us was 9am. It will be interesting to see the character interaction at the end of the shift as opposed to the beginning or middle.
