How late does WDW transportation run & at what time do the park's parking lots close?

Okay, I've read and read and then read some more and cannot find this information. How late do the Resort monorails run? And if I leave my car at Epcot to resort hop in the evening, whats the latest I can be to get my car out of the Epcot lot?

Is Epcot the right place to go to get the resort monorails or should I be at the TTC?

The Epcot Monorail will run until 10:30 every night, or one hour after the Magic Kingdom closes, whichever is later. After that time, you will need to go to the bus area at the TTC, and a bus driver for Animal Kingdom or the Disney-MGM Studios will take you to Epcot.


Am I to assume that you want to go to Epcot for the day, and then have dinner at the Contemporary, Polynesian or Grand Floridian? If so, you can park at the Transportation and Ticket Center (Magic Kingdom Parking) and then take the Monorail to Epcot. Enjoy the park, and then take the Monorail back to the TTC, where you would catch the Resort Monorail. (There is no direct line) After you enjoy your dinner at one of the resorts, take the Monorail back to the TTC, and get your car.

The Resort Monorail runs until 11:00pm nightly, or 2 hours after the Magic Kingdom closes, which ever is later.

Thanks for the informative reply. Basically I was thinking of doing one of the monorail resorts for dinner and then perhaps visit one or two others for desert and after dinner librations.

It appears that the TTC would be the best for this plan. Now If I could only decide on a resturant!
