How late can you use a CS for lunch before it becomes dinner (TS)?

Just trying to determine how late we can go to a restaurant and order off the lunch menu? 3:00 PM? Or does it differ?

A TS (table service) restauranat never becomes a CS (counter service)restaurant or vica versa. TS and CS do not depend on time of day. You can use a TS for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Likewise, you can use a CS for breakfast lunch or dinner. I think that www.allearsnet.com gives a good explanation of the program.

Hi Daisysmom-the restaurants themselves are designated counter service (CS) or table service (TS)-so you can have counter service at dinnertime, table service at breakfast, two CS meals a day, two TS meals a day-whatever fits into your schedule! Hope this helps!
