How late can we check in?

I had planned on arriving on Dec 19th, in order to check in during value season. Only I just found out my daughter has a concert that night!

I'm looking into the possibility of taking a late flight out. If we arrive after midnight does it then count as Holiday season even if our ressie is for the 19th?

it should still be value season.

but to answer your question, there is a time the computers do go down for nightly maintenance, at which point check-ins can't be processed, but to counteract that, a CM should check everyone in who hasn't yet shown up (afterall, you paid for the night). the downside is you won't be able to use room charging, express checkout or purchase internet access until you revisit the check-in desk.

6am is considered 'the next day' ... 5:59am and earlier is the day before.

That's my understanding.

WARNING:

Magical Express doesn't pull bags at that hour. So if you choose to use ME .. you should know that your bags may not make it to your resort till noon or later the next day; OR you may be required to get them yourself and lug them etc.

Speak to the ME people about the rules for late hour arrivals.
