How late can I pick up my annual pass at the parks?

Just booked RPR for one night during our November trip, using the Ap rate. However we arrive in MCO around 5 pm, so won't get to RPR until 6 pm at the earliest. The two parks close at 6 pm that night.

As we're only staying one night before moving to our DVC resort, we plan to check out and go to USF the next morning. However I understand that while not 100% necessary to show the AP upon check in, that I would need to show it definitely before check-OUT.

My quesiton is, even though the parks close at 6 pm the day we arrive, will I still be able to pickup the AP after the 6 pm mark? Would I pick it up from an automated machine, or does it have to be from a manned ticket booth?

Both the kiosk and the guest service windows are only open until about 15 minutes after park closing. So you woul need to be there by 6:15 PM.

They open about an hour before park opening so around 8:00 AM.

Is ther ea way I could get the Ap sent to me? Or do I have to pick it up at the kiosk?

EDIT: nevermind - found the delivery options.

I'll probably won't make it before the kiosk closes. If they open around 8 AM I guess I'll try to get there then, and then return to the hotel to show it to the registration staff, before going out again with the family to the parks. How far of a walk is it from RPR to the kiosks?

Are you trying to use an AP rate? I am not sure why you would need to return to show the regsration staff...

I won't have the AP on me when I check in. I'm sure I'd have to show it to them at some point of my stay to continue to get the AP right, wouldn't I?

in over 25 stays onsite, i have only been asked 2 times to show my ap.

if you are asked to show the ap, not the voucher you have, they will give you a grace period to show it at the check in lobby.

they will ask you to show proof of your ap before you check out of the hotel.

if you do comply, your hotel rate will reflect the ap rate you booked with.

if you fail to comply, you will be charged rack rate when you check out.

it will not be an issue.

you can activate the voucher for the ap on the morning you plan to go into the parks.
stop by the lobby desk when you leave the parks for your hotel room.
show your ap then and make sure they note it on your files.

i doubt you will be asked for proof of your ap when you check in.
