How late can I make a "breakfast" ADR?

DH, DS 1 1/2, and the two families we're traveling with would like to make ADR's for a late character breakfast. For Chef Mickey's for example that only serves breakfast and dinner, how late into the morning do they take ADR's? I see that they're extending the hours during free dining but no telling what they'll be in March when we're there!

I made an ADR for breakfast at Boma the other day and was told the latest is 10:45.

I have a Chef Mickey ADR for 11:20 in October (not related to extended hours/free dining). If you go to this link and type in the name of the restaurant it will give you the hours and it will give you an idea.
