How late are restaurants open after park closing?

We're going in September and some parks close early this month. Are the restaurants open after the park closes? There are restaurants I'd like to try, but was hoping to go save these for dinner and not lunch. Thanks!

Some are and some aren't. It just depends on the restaurant. If you make a PS, they'll know the hours for the restaurant by the time you can start making PSs. Otherwise, when you get to the park in the morning, each restaurant has a sign by the front door saying what that day's hours are.

We have a Priority Seating for Liberty Tree Tavern for 6:30 when MK closes at 6:00. I was really nervous about this, hoping the CM who did it knew what she was doing. Is this normal to have the restaurants open after park closing?
