how late are boardwalk shops/snacks open?

Does anyone know how late things are open on the boardwalk? It looks like the Bakery is open until 11 based on the all ears menu. Is there also an ice cream place there? Do you know how late that stays open? Or maybe the ice cream shop at the Dolphin? I am trying to figure out if we are looking for a late night dessert what our options may be. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure that Seashore Sweets has ice cream, but I'm not sure how late they are open. Also, you could try Beaches and Cream over at the Beach Club for ice cream. HTH

All of the snack shops and booths on the boardwalk close at 11. You can always get a snack in the Dolphin as the snack bar is open 24 hrs.
