How is this possible?

What time does the 90 day mark start for ADR? I wanted to book Ohana for Wendesday Dec 9th. Wasn't sure if online the time started at midnight or if I had to wait until 7am. I tried at midnight - no luck. Tried at 7am - nothing for 2 adults. Expanded my date range backward to my arrival date (to see if maybe someone had canceled) and nothing. I tried the same for Coral Reef - nothing. How can ALL the ADR be gone by 7:02am? Do DVC members get to book earlier? (Trying to think of groups that would take up the reservations).

Also - when booking on line, it doesn't seem to ask me my confirmation#? When I logged in, it gave me a number (beginning with an E, yet my confirmation for the hotel always seems to begin with a 3).

What's most likely happened is that people arriving before you and staying onsite booked their 90+10. What that means is that they are allowed to book ADRs starting at the 90 day mark for the length of their stay. Popular restaurants fill up really fast. Keep trying though because people do cancel. When my 90 mark arrived I couldn't get Chef Mickey's for dinner on any day that I was there. About a week later a reservation opened up at 6:15 pm.

There's been come uncertainty about when the online system becomes available. We thought it was 6am, but recently there have been a few reports of it opening the new dates earlier.

Oh no - is this user error on my part? I'm staying onsite at Poly - I was using the 90 day mark. I didn't know abotu 90+10?

No, you're OK as far as the 90+10 goes. It just means that 90 days from check-in, you can book ADRs for up to 10 days of your stay. So if you are staying 10 days, you are technically making your last day's ADR 100 days out. Hope this makes sense.

It is frustrating! I was able to get pretty much what I wanted when I got on line at my 90 day window, but I had to be very fexible with times. We are doing a late lunch at 2 p.m. at Le Cellier because I have never eaten there and wanted to try it. I also tried to get Mama Melrose for Fantasmic package and was told it was not available, but have since seen on the boards that people who booked the day after me got it for the day I wanted it. Go figure! I called back today and was told it was not available again. I have never had so much trouble with dining reservations! It has got to be this free dining thing. I thought going early Dec. would be easy since it is supposed to be low attendance time.

I had the same issue yesterday morning. I also read another post where someone else had an issue. I ended up calling. I got all the ADR's I wanted and near the times I wanted except for O'hana. :headache: I could have takena 9:30 or 8:45 ADR but didn't want to eat that late. I have actually decided that I am happier with my second choice. If it still isn't working I would try calling. I know it is a pain with being on hold but at least you get to hear your options from a live human being and not just what is available within the hour of your first pick. Good luck. :goodvibes

To the OP, you could have started booking an ADR for December 9th today if you are an OFF-SITE guest. But as an ON-SITE guest, you could have booked it as far as 10 days ago, depending on when your trip starts.

If your trip was starting November 30th for example, you could have booked that ADR starting September 1st. So you're currently 10 days behind anyone who is arriving November 30th and staying on-site. So it definitely is possible that the ADRs are all gone at this point (because everyone arriving anywhere from November 30th through December 9th could have already booked it).

But I'd keep checking for cancellations - people cancel all the time.
