How is the seating at Sci-Fi?

I ask because there will be 3 of us on this trip and it means one person will sit alone (me and DBF are not exactly petite )! I have read about picnic seating? Would we be facing each other if we opted for this seating? We are not too interested in watching the films since DD4 is not fond of sci-fi..DD is excited to eat in cars and loves the faux nightime sky! TIA!

The round picnic style seating is at smallish round tables. They squeezed us in when the kids were young, and it was darn uncomfortable!

Ask to be seated in a "limo".

The limo is a regular table with chairs. Yes, you face each other. There is a front and back end to the car with no middle car seating. This is best for families that want to sit together and do not care much for watching the movies the entire time. You can see the movies without a problem. Just means turning your head your chair on a bit of an angle. We prefer this type of seating to the car especially with an uneven number of people or small children.

I don't mind the picnic tables in the back, either. But it was just three of us back there (including a child), I imagine it wouldn't be comfortable with several children.

If you want to be able to see each other you have the limo option (its a car with a table and tables facing each other
