We'll be there in a couple of weeks....is there anything in particular that is yummy? Or that you suggest we steer clear of lol?

I am wondering the same thing. My kids love the spaghetti and meatball hoagies at the All Star Music when we were there in 02. I didnt really see the spaghetti yet since they are a value resort like AS I thought they would have the same things?

The food is better than in the parks. I had a BBQ sandwich, the buttermilk fried chicken & a panini sandwich. They had a chinese food dish with shrimp in it that looked good. The only thing I'd recommend is the panini sandwich. The bbq sandwich tasted like manwich or something and I hate that stuff. My husband got cheesecake for dessert one night and he said it was good. I'm pretty sure I saw spaghetti and pizza on the menu.

they had meatball heros when we were there... excellent lo mein! had to go back for more 'cause my kids and dh gobbled it up when i wasn't looking!overall we enjoyed the food... trying to remember what else we had... breakfast foods were good and fresh... we all fought over the cheese fries! LOL! i liked the reach-in section where we could get a little dish of cheese and veggies and fruit (it was a good thing to put in our cooler during the hurricane!)... we did not try the "mom's night" special meals, but enjoyed our burgers, chicken sandwiches, pizza, chicken ceasar salad (yum!), etc... overall, no complaints only compliments!

We stayed at the Pop Century last year for New Years and the only food item that I was disappointed in was the eggs on the breakfast platter. In my opinion they were a little too buttery.

ooh, i had to add that i LOVED the twinkie tiramisu! YUMMMM CITY!! and i enjoyed it w/a refillable mug filled w/half hot chocolate and half coffee... delish!

Twinkie tiramisu was my husband's favorite...ok, mine too!!! The food was good at the POP food court. We never waited in line and were always able to find a clean table for the 6 of us.

The food at Pop is pretty good for being a food court type area. we mainly ate breakfast there, but it was fine.

We loved the Mom's night out Fried Chicken. The chicken was outstanding, as were the potatos and gravy that came with it.

Dh enjoyed the twinkie tirimasu, though it's not a classic tirimasu flavor. In it's own right he said it was really good. Dd loved the tye-die cheesecake.

The meatloaf, burgers, cheese fries, and other desserts were all "just OK." We never tried breakfast so I can't comment on that.
