How is the Early EMH for AK?

Has anyone done the early EMH for AK? Is it just as crowded as the normal opening time?

Someone must have done the early EMH at AK?
I'm not sure if I should plan early AK on Saturday or go to MK...so this is important, well I do have until December...but come on people...help

My gf and I did the emh at AK in april and it was empty! we rode the safari 3 times the park didn't really get busy until about 10:30!

When we went I think the regular hours were starting at 8 so the EMH started at 7!!! So it was EMPTY when we went. And what was really the surprise was when they opened the gates at 8 and the crowd started pouring in. They don't have all the "rides" open though so check the list and plan accordingly or you will be wasting your time walking in circles.

I'm glad someone posted about this (thanks to the OP) because my BF and I are also going to do EMH for AK for our first full day in WDW. The park opens at 9 that day so EMH is at 8. I figure we would do all the EMH rides, then walk around and by noon or so be done (not without stopping at flame tree bbq for lunch!).
